BLADE RUNNER 2049 de Denis Villeneuve ouvre le Festival du Nouveau Cinéma 2017 avec panache. Je n'ai pas encore vu le film mais c'est LE plus attendu de la saison. On y retrouve Rick Deckard, Harrison Ford, plusieurs années après son évasion avec la séduisante androïde Rachael, Sean Young. Cette fois-ci, Officer K, Ryan Gosling, repère Deckard et veut son assistance pour résoudre un crime.

Protokolle by Jan Soldat is a German film with English subtitles. We listen in on three men talking about their desire to be butchered and cannibalized. The film evokes the notorious case of Armin Meiwes who ate his lover's penis and shared the meal with the man he would slaughter shortly after. I could not imagine so many men desired this. Is this a hidden desire that has historically led men to gory hellish wars?
On the same bizarre subject of cannibalism, KFC, a very disturbing Vietnamese film, not for children! YIKES!
